1.1. These Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) are a legal document establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms. The Buyer is advised to review the Terms each time they make a purchase.
2.1. The Buyer’s data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Data is used solely for order processing, payment, delivery, and customer service.
2.3. The Buyer’s data is not transferred to third parties, except to delivery service providers or when required by law.
3.1. The Buyer places an order in the online store by submitting it and completing the payment.
3.2. Upon submitting the order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation email.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to clarify order details.
4.1. All prices in the online store are listed in euros (€).
4.2. Delivery fees are not included in the product price and are displayed separately at checkout.
4.3. The Buyer may pay by:

– other electronic payment methods provided at checkout.
5.1. Goods are delivered via courier or parcel locker services.
5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided in each product description.
5.3. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.
5.4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect Buyer information.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
6.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, with all original labels and packaging.
6.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except when the product is faulty.
6.4. Custom-made items tailored to the Buyer’s measurements, needs, or personalized requests are non-returnable (in accordance with Civil Code Article 6.22810(2)).
6.5. If a faulty product is received, the Seller will replace it or refund the Buyer.
7.1. All products are made from natural fabrics; therefore, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
7.2. Such variations are not considered product defects.
7.3. The Buyer must follow the care instructions provided.
8.1. The Buyer must provide accurate information for order processing.
8.2. The Buyer must pay for the goods on time.
8.3. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods.
9.1. The Seller must ensure proper order processing and delivery.
9.2. The Seller must respect and protect the Buyer’s privacy.
9.3. The Seller must act fairly and responsibly when handling any issues.
10.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect Buyer information or misuse of the product.
10.2. In case of disputes, both parties follow the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.1. Any disagreements are resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they are handled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Use of the online store constitutes the Buyer’s agreement to these Terms.
