Refund policy

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer regulations.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, as required by EU consumer law, unless the item received is faulty or different from what was ordered.

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Upon receipt of a returned item, it is our standard practice to undergo a thorough review and verification process. Typically, the duration for this procedure is up to five business days before any further actions are initiated.
